Free Claude workshops for small businesses in San Diego.

Hands-on sessions for small business owners and operators on Claude for Small Business, the ready-to-run workflows that put Claude inside the tools you already use, like Shopify, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Square, so the briefs, follow-ups, proposals, and month-end close stop piling up after hours. I am an Approved Claude SMB Trainer and a member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, and I am running three free workshops in San Diego in 2026, with registration through Anthropic.

Who this is for

  • You run a small business and the admin work lands after hours.
  • You have tried Claude and mostly use it like a search box.

  • You want to see it handle a real task from your week before you decide anything.

Claude workshops in San Diego

Three free Claude workshops for small businesses are coming to San Diego in 2026. Each one is a hands-on session for owners and operators, part of the community workshops Approved Claude SMB Trainers are running this fall, and they will be listed with Anthropic's small business events on claude.com, alongside the workshops Anthropic runs in other cities.

The dates are coming soon. Registration goes through Anthropic, and the links will be on this page the day they go live. To hear when they are announced, send a note through the form below.

What you get

  1. A hands-on session in Claude for Small Business, working on tasks from your own business.
  2. The workflows owners use most: a Monday brief, answering new leads, proposals, social posts, and closing the month.
  3. How Claude connects to the tools you already run, and what to do when one is not connected yet.
  4. Where you stay in charge: Claude does the work and waits for your OK before anything sends, posts, or pays.
  5. Prompts and habits you can use at work the next day.

My take

Most small business owners I talk to have tried Claude once, on something hard, got a vague answer, and went back to doing the task by hand at nine at night. What changes that is not a better prompt. It is watching Claude handle a task from your own week, connected to your own tools, and then doing it yourself before the session ends. That is the whole design of these workshops.

Questions

Do the workshops cost anything?

No. The Claude workshops are free to attend. Registration is through Anthropic.

When are the San Diego workshops?

Later in 2026. The dates are coming soon, and the registration links will be on this page as soon as they go live on Anthropic's site.

Do I need a Claude account?

Yes. Bring a laptop with a Claude account so you can work along. Claude for Small Business runs in Claude Cowork, the Claude desktop app, so installing it before the session saves time on the day.

What is an Approved Claude SMB Trainer?

Anthropic trains a set of organizations to run its small business workshops in their own communities. Approved trainers are members of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.

What if I cannot make it to San Diego?

Anthropic runs free small business workshops in other cities and offers a free online course, AI Fluency for Small Business. Both are on Claude's small business page at claude.com.

Is this the same as an AI enablement workshop?

No. The Claude workshops are free public events. AI enablement workshops are paid training I run for a single team, on the AI across its own tools, and they are booked separately.
